Shipping

Prices are subject to change without a prior notification, but your price becomes fixed upon acknowledgement and through the delivery of your order. Wooden or carton boxes will be used for packaging. Most items will also be individually packaged. Instructions on packing, if any, will be provided.

How do we deliver to you?

Courier

This is one of the most popular shipping methods. You need to provide us your full delivery address. Air couriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT etc. will deliver at your doorstep within 4 to 6 days. This is the best option if your order is below 100 Kg. In case of undelivered due as agreed delivery time, call your local courier (DHL , FEDEX AND UPS) office.

Air Cargo

Most of our customers use air cargo. It is an easy way to receive the products in your nearest destination airport. If your orders volume is 55 kilos plus then air cargo is the best option. Receive your order starting from one 3 to 5 days. The approximate cost would be US$ 2 to 5.00 Per Kilo if your order more than 100 kg as per destination airport . 

Land-Sea cargo

Nepal does not have a direct sea port, so we transport the goods to Calcutta (India) port by land then will be loaded in a ship to your desired destination. Shipment by sea cargo is the cheapest way of transporting the order from Nepal but the only disadvantage is the longer delivery duration (average 40-50 days). The approximate cost would be per kg $1 or even less for the order of 500 kilos plus). The order should be collected from the nearest sea-port appointing handling agents or by your own even if you need our handling agent to release custom from your port, we can hire our own broker also so that can be easy and cheap for you .
