Anyway, if you are unhappy with any of the purchases on our website, you may return the items back to us within 30 days for exchange or a full refund . Please be as specific as possible in your note to ensure that your return/exchange is handled in the most efficient and ethical manner.

There are certain situations where after inspection refunds are NOT granted:

Items with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
