Namaste Its me Lila Sitaula.originally, I am from Panchakanya rural municipality ward no. 5 Nuwakot.Currently I am living in Kathmandu and involved in sound therapy studio as well as Helen class. I also have online sale business.From this business I am sending Trngsha,Hand bell, Gong and singing bowls for my students wherever they are in Nepal or in foreign countries. it’s been a bit supportive for them for their health as well as entertainment.

One of the main factor to be involved in this kind of service is that while I was early teenaged travelling to Kathmandu (the capital city of Nepal) from my village. suddenly the bus which I was travelling, fell down from one of the bend of a hill around 100 meters down. The bus fell because of mechanical problem. Still I remembered that day, the way I jumped from the window of the bus. To cut the whole event in short, I only knew this much. after about 30 minutes I got consciousness. I saw many people were there, many ambulances with their blowing urgent horns. but luckily nothing happened to me I went my home on foot myself. physically nothing happened to me in this accident but mentally I used to frighten and have headache. It continued to hunt to me for a decade time and again. When I started to stay in Kathmandu one of the foreign friends suggested me singing Bell sound therapy. Then I used it regularly after sometime it really was me and it makes me fresh my head also stopped aching. now I am totally normal and I don’t have any kind of old memory which used to pain me. now I am handling my business properly. Furthermore, I have a little daughter name Christina. my husband has his own cargo business it’s been supporting to me. Some of the tourists when they visit in Nepal they also visit my studio and take sound therapy enjoy in my studio. My concern is to make well them who has been frequently visited Hospital also not well. there is alternative treatment system like this sound therapy which can make you well those suffering from a disease, suffering from depression and frequently feeling boring. I’ll be happier at the moment when they visit my studio and relax here. Some of them enjoy buying goods from my store which they needed.so feel free to visit my studio.

I want to expand and promote my business as well as studio in future. for that I need to continue help and support from my friends, relative and customers. there is some offers and gift for my regular customers.
